ATE Workout Playlist of the Week
Working out to music that will keep you pumped up is very important in maintaining motivation during your workouts! Here in our office, many people on our staff work out on a consistent basis, and have certain types of music they listen to! This week we will be featuring a playlist from our Marketer, Kathryn.
Kathryn has been involved in sports her whole life from playing soccer and swimming in high school, to playing soccer at the collegiate level. She has always worked out to maintain a level of fitness for competing in sports. Now that her competitive sports days are over, she works out on a regular basis to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys going on long runs and HIIT workouts as her main workouts.
