Back to school season is officially upon us, and with that comes the problem of heavy backpacks. This issue runs from kids in kindergarten all the way to kids in college. With heavy workloads and text books, that can weigh as much as a newborn baby, it is no wonder that kid’s backs are starting to hurt at younger and younger ages. ATE is Turning 10!

On Saturday, September 16th, A Therapeutic Effect will be celebrating their 10-year Anniversary by hosting an Open House for the community. The event will run from 11 am - 2 pm at A Therapeutic Effect, and will be a family friendly event. ATE encourages everyone to RSVP and all who do so by September 12th, will receive a great prize on arrival. At the Open House, there will be fun activities for people of all ages, and the chance to sample some of our services including massages, eye treatments, paraffin hand dips, and chiropractic exams. ATE Workout Playlist of the Week

Working out to music that will keep you pumped up is very important in maintaining motivation during your workouts! Here in our office, many people on our staff work out on a consistent basis, and have certain types of music they listen to! This week we will be featuring a playlist from our Marketer, Kathryn. Kathryn has been involved in sports her whole life from playing soccer and swimming in high school, to playing soccer at the collegiate level. She has always worked out to maintain a level of fitness for competing in sports. Now that her competitive sports days are over, she works out on a regular basis to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
