Policies

We strive to create a comfortable and relaxing environment at all times.  In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere we ask that you respect our policies.

 

• Please arrive early to allow time for check-in prior to your appointment.
  

 

• Please silence all cell phones and pagers while in the building.
  

• Please give the courtesy of 12 hours notice in the event that you must cancel your appointment.  We reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment fee if sufficient notice is not received.
  

 

• Children are always welcome but we ask that you are mindful that sessions may be in progress and respect the quiet atmosphere.
